(1) Payment & Dispatch:
(a) Goods will be dispatched only when full payment is received and *personal cheques cleared (* usually 5 working days) (b) Payment is accepted in GBP via WorldPay, Personal Cheque, PayPal, International Money Order or Postal Order. (c) Payment must be received within 7 days of purchasing item unless prior arrangements have been made.

(2) Items Returned:
(a) Under the terms of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 in the UK, we are required by law to give you 7 days 'cooling off' period after delivery of order. Accordingly, you may return, with due & respectful notice to us, goods in a saleable condition (ie unused condition, including packaging, complete with instructions etc) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs) If the goods are kept beyond the 7 day period then the full invoice amount is payable by you unless we agree otherwise.In all respects your statutory rights relating to any issue regarding faulty product(s) as associated with & pertaining to the manufacturers warranty are still withstanding.
(b) If we supply you incorrect or faulty goods then we are liable for a full refund including the costs of the return postage (this is provided you selected the correct item from our online shop catalogue at the time of your order).
Howvever, if you inadvertently select the wrong item from our online shop cataloque then you bear the cost of returning the goods in a saleable condition for either a full refund (less postage costs) or replacement (in the latter case you will pay the new postage cost).
If you are unsure of any items description or require additional information please contact before ordering. (c) We always deal with returns as quickly as possible - within hours not weeks. If you paid for something that's faulty, we want to get a replacement to you as soon as possible so hassle us if necessary! (d) To return goods, please: Pack goods carefully, preferably in our original packing with additional wrapping outside if necessary. Print 'Our Address' on the front of the package and also include a 'Return To Sender' as well. Include a covering note that gives your full name, address and contact details, especially your email address.
Use recorded delivery & please remember that if the goods do not reach us, or if they arrived damaged then we cannot be held responsible.

FAQ's

How long does delivery take?
Goods are dispatched by ParcelForce or Royal Mail 1st Class & normally take about 2-5 days for delivery.

How are my items packed?
Most figures are packed in Jiffy bags with extra protective packing around the figure inside. Classic Superstars and Belts are  packed in boxes to ensure safer delivery.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards along with Cash, Postal Orders, Personal Cheques and PayPal.

Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we are more than happy to ship to other countries. Postage costs will be a little more expensive and delivery will take longer. Please keep that in mind.
